During Staffing Industry Executive Forum North America, Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) announced winners of the “2018 Best Staffing Firms to Work For”. The competition was broken into five categories based on the number of internal employees each firm has. Fusion HealthCare Staffing was one of ten firms selected in the “21 to 50 internal employees” category. In order to qualify for the award, a firm must have a “Net Promoter Score” above 50 points. Achieving a net score above 50 points is no easy feat and is a genuine reflection of a firm’s commitment to their teams. This score is a cumulative score generated from the results of surveys of employees which are conducted independently by SIA.
Moreover, the award is industry level recognition of a firm’s commitment to creating an environment that not only helps their employees professionally but aims to improve the quality of life for their employees. Subadhra Sriram, editor, and publisher, media products, at SIA said, “Gone are the days when it was just about careers and 80-hour weeks. Staffing firms must adopt a holistic approach that extends to the home. The successful staffing firms are those that allow employees to take off early to watch their kid’s baseball game or be there for a piano recital.”
