- Schedule: 24-hr call coverage, 14 days per month needed
- Practice Setting: Level 2 maternal designation, Level 2 NICU
- Patient Volume: 10-12 monthly deliveries
- Beds: 11 private mother/baby rooms, 2 OB specific
- Procedures: Call covers L&D and ER departments
- Support Staff: RN, PCT, 24hr anesthesiology, no midwives
- EMR: Meditech
- Requirements: IN license, BC, need to supply 24 months of case logs
