    • Average 20 patients per shift 
    • 312 deliveries per year 
    • Trauma level 2
    • 40% low risk, 60% high risk, 25% C-section 
    • 5-10% surgical GYN
    • Average 1-2 GYN surgeries per week 
    • 12-15 OBs in group and 16 APPs
    • 0-2 MFM/perinatologists 
    • 1:1 MA Coverage & Supervisors, RN Coverage all pt calls (7 RN), Triage Messages on Mychart 
    • BC, BE
    • BLS required
    • Will wait for license
    • APP supervision required
    • Epic EMR
