Highlights

    • Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • Patients per day: up to 21 patients per day
    • Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
    • Requirements: Board Certification, Active WA license, DEA, minimum of 2 years experience
    • Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
    • Must be covid and flu vaccinated
    • Spanish or Russian speakers are a plus.
