    • Avg Monthly Cases: 1,800
    • Avg Monthly OB Delivery: 325
    • EMR: Meditech 
    • Care Team Model: 25 CRNAs; 19 MDs
    • Requirements: FL license, Board Certified, clean background, ACLS, 2+ years exp
    • Credentialing Time Frame: 90 days
