    • Start dates: Jan 13, Jan 20, Jan 27, or Feb 3rd
    • Schedules: Mon- Friday 06:30-17:30 (4 10s); Mon- Friday 06:30-15:30 (5 8s)
    • Credentialing turnaround- 4 weeks if they have an IA/IMLC license, maybe less. 
    • 13 ORs, 5 Endo suites, 2 ASC 
    • 1,200 cases a month
    • EMR: Epic
    • Case Info: all types of general cases/bread and butter; very limited heads and hearts.
    • Do about 700 trauma cases per year, all major trauma goes to the University down the road. Majority trauma is blunt force and agricultural accidents
    • No infancy/very young peds cases.
    • Call schedules when on call: 1 x Cardiac 1500-0700, general 1500-0700
