    • Shifts: Mix of 8 hrs, 10 hrs, 12hrs. Guarantee of scheduled hours.
    • Call: Must be open to call 1 - 2 x per month. In house and beeper.
    • Cases: All cases
    • Will accept CRNA or CAAs
    • Procedures required: Spinals
    • Credentialing timeframe: 60 days - Cross Credential at 4 facilities in the Denver area
