Position Highlights:- Flexible Work Schedule: Enjoy a 4-day work week (4, 10-hour days) with three days off per week.
- Manageable Patient Load: Handle 18-20 patients per day with 32 patient access hours per week, offering 20/40-minute time slots for appointments.
- Focus on Patient Care: Primarily medication management with opportunities to conduct follow-up appointments and possibly some procedures, including injections after proctoring.
Competitive Compensation and Benefits:- Base Salary: $120,000 to $140,000, depending on experience.
- Incentives: Earn yearly bonuses through wRVU and quality incentives. Up to $175,000 in potential compensation.
- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
- Comprehensive Benefits: Full medical, vision, and dental coverage for you and for your dependents, plus disability, life insurance, and malpractice coverage.
- Retirement Plans: Deferred compensation plan and pension plan.
- Additional Financial Support: Up to $5,000 relocation assistance and up to $90,000 in student loan forgiveness.
We are open to candidates with or without Pain Management experience, including new graduates. This is a 100% outpatient practice focused on adult patients.
