    • Support Staff: site has 1 radiation oncologist, 2 medical oncologists, 1 dosimetrist, 1 physicist, 4 radiation therapists
    • EMR: Epic
    • Requirements: WA license or IMLC, BC/BE, BLS, fellowship preferred
    • Credentialing: 90 days
