Highlights
    • Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a - 5p, and 1:3 call(nights and weekends)
    • The facility’s weekend call is from 8 am Saturday through 8 am Monday. Provider must be able to commit to these times.
    • Provider cannot be greater than 30 minutes from the hospital during their call commitments.
    • Total number of beds: 15
    • Support staff: medical assistant, RN, sonographer
    • 2-3 exam rooms
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Certifications: BC or BE, IL license or IMLC, NRP,
    • Cred timeframe: 30-90 days
    • Client will grant Temp Privileges. Genesis Medical Center requires Case Logs for the past 2 years during credentialing
    • Local providers are highly preferred
