- Case Logs: Case/patient logs to show 50 deliveries and 25 GYN procedures within 12 months
- Support Staff: One OB/GYN
- EMR: Epic/Dragon
- Reqs: BC/BE, ACLS, BLS, PALS, IMLC considered
- Credentialing: 30 days
