    • Coverage Needs: Dec 18 full week + weekend, Dec 25 full week + weekend
      Schedule: M,W, F: 6:45am - 3:15pm and T, TH: 7:15am - 3:45pm - CRNAs will be required to stay late when needed a few times a week. 
    • Weekend Call Requirements: Must be able/comfortable with OB/epidurals, some trauma, simple peds cases, bread and butter stuff to cover call. Must stay in Mason City while on call (10 min response time). Must be available to cover 3 weekends per month in 2024 - ongoing
    • Cerner & paper charting
    • Level III
    • Sick Peds and Complex Trauma are transferred out
    • Types of cases: OB, General surgery, GI, Bariatric, Uro, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, some ENT (most of it is done at the local ASC), some peds. 
    • Holiday Call Coverage for 2024 - Required
    • NBCRNA - Required
    • CRNA must be able to cover dates listed - Required
    • Must meet ALL call requirements above - Required 
    • BLS & ACLS - Required
    • IA License - Required 
    • DEA and CSR - Required 
    • Clean record/license needed for quick credentialing - Required
    • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
