Highlights
    • Dates: August 19- ongoing, Min 3 month with option to extend 
    • Schedule: Full time required, 4x10 hour shifts or 3x 12-13 hour shifts each week plus 1 rotating Saturday each month
    • NO CALL
    • Patient population/age: 13 – end of life
    • Level 1 trauma center.
    • We have 60 CRNAs, along with about 70 Attending anesthesiologists, and 60 anesthesia residents.
    • The anesthesia team covers 33 OR in the main OR, 16 offsite anesthesia locations, 12 outpatient surgery ORs, and 3-4 stand-alone GI center rooms. EMR: Epic
    • Hospital bed size: 600
    • Skills required: If practicing in the Main OR – ability to perform spinals are a bonus, requires ability to place and manage arterial lines, need to be comfortable titrating vasoactive medication infusions (norepinephrine, phenylephrine, nicardipine, etc.)
    • EMR: Epic
    • Certifications: Active VA license (DEA not required for CRNA) 
    • NBCRNA, COVID vaccine (no exemptions will be approved) , ACLS and BLS (completed through AHA only) 
    • Min 2 years exp. 
    • Credentialing: Minimum 30 days
