    • Dates: ASAP-Ongoing
    • Schedule: 1 week/month prefer 2 weeks Main OR & IR Suite: 7a-3p M-F, Main OR & IR Suite: 3p-5p M-F, Cardiac OR- 5 (7a-5p M-F), Cath Lab: 7:30- 5P M-F
    • Call schedule: 1:4 ratio, Weekday & Weekend pager
    • Support Staff: MD supervision typically 2 CRNAs to 1 anesthesiology ratio, 9 MDs, 14 CRNAs
    • 255 hospital beds
    • Level 1 Trauma Center
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Certifications:TN license (willing to wait for license), BC, COVID vaccine required, proof of TDAP required / FLU Shot required during flu season
    • 60-90 day credentialing
