- Staffing Model: 2 MD / 4 CRNA, 1 MD and 4 CRNAs onsite daily with 1 MD on pager call M-Th and 3 CRNAs on Fridays - The CRNAs do take back-up call with MD taking 1st call, Call for MDs all 7 days
- Cases: 4,320 annual cases. Cases include general (625), Cardiac (35), Ortho (1,400 cases annually – blocks & neuraxial anesthesia, etc., Gyn (200), Ophthalmology (75), Gastro (700), Podiatry (70), Urology (75), ENT (500) & Oral/Maxillofacial (70). No Neuro, Pain Plastics, Thoracic, Vascular or Pulmonary.
- Very busy 154-bed general acute care hospital; Level lll trauma center
- Credentialing: Typically 60 days
- EMR = EPIC
