Candidate Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master’s-level Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program

• National Board Certification as an NP (AANP/ANCC) or PA-C (NCCPA)

• Clinical experience in Urology is preferred but not required

o Experience in Internal Medicine or other Surgical fields will also be considered

• Open to new graduates - willingness to train

• Good personality and bedside manner – patient-first philosophy

• Entrepreneurial spirit - Looking for someone who can help grow the practice, their patient base, and practice at the top of their license.
