Schedule & Scope

Inpatient/Surgical coverage only
24-hour call, approximately 3–4 days per week
Includes 1 weekend of call coverage per rotation
Remaining days consist of 8-hour inpatient rounding and surgical cases

Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting (CABG)
Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS)
Thoracotomies and Lobectomies

Arterial Bypasses
Aortic Valve Replacements

Primary Responsibilities

Inpatient rounding and surgical management
Performing surgical consults
Emergency Room call and procedural response
