Schedule: 4 or 5 days per week, 8:30a-4:30p, full or 1/2 admin day if needed
Minimum 2 weeks per month
Call ratio 1:4, 7 days of call including 1 weekend
Practice Setting: Outpatient - free standing cancer center
Trauma level 3
Patient Volume: 10-15
Support Staff: 2 APPs, 3 physicians in practice
EMR: Epic
Requirements: OR license, BC, BLS, DEA, clean background
Credentialing: 6-8 weeks
