Starting: ASAP - September 1, 2025, Min Shift: M-F 8a-5p, 10 shifts per month
Volume: 6 RVU/ HR- Onsite
Onsite, Multiple Cross Credentialing HCA sites
Cases: 90% DX / 10% Light IR
Procedures: Diagnostic radiology to include, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, fluoroscopy, paras, thoras, abscess drains, etc.. If provider has mammo experience, must be able to read mammography to include stereotactic biopsies, needle localization, biopsies.
Reqs: FL license, DEA at time of submission, BC
Credentialing: 90-120 days
