- Required procedures: Stereo Breast Biopsies, Needle Localizations, DX and Screening Mammos, US Breast bx, Abscess drains, Lumbar Punctures, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Various other bx
- Support Staff: Hospital Rad Technicians and Envision CSR Support Staff
- EMR Meditech
- Requirements: Active FL license, MQSA
- BC, Light IR procedures and MQSA Required
- Credentialing: 120 days (will cross credential at other facilities)
