2 Sites to work in WI
Schedule: One site has 10-hour shifts and the other site has 8-hour shifts
Will take weeknight weekend call as available
Medical Direction/Medical Supervision
Support Staff: Pre-op and PACU RNs
Case Mix: Neuro, pediatrics, general, ortho, ENT, urology, OB, Robotics (NO cardiac for CRNA)
Volume Varies: 10 ORs at one site, and 3 ORs at the other site
Beds in department: 10
Cerner EMR
WI license or can take advantage of the ACT-10 WI temporary license but must have an active license in another state
Must be BC or BE
ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS required
Credentialing: 60 days
Temp privs available
